These terms govern the digital products and online services provided through anu-health.com, operated by Anu Health (AnuBooks is the publishing imprint of Anu Health). By buying a product, accepting access to a recording, or using your account, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Anu Health is an integrative health clinic run by Martin Quinn (a sole trader) at 103 Richmond Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 3, D03 Y2R0, Ireland. Contact: martin@anu-health.com · 087 226 0150.
What we provide
We provide: (a) digital eBooks in PDF format; and (b) recordings of one-to-one lessons and sessions, as audio you can listen to online and, where you have bought a recording, download and keep. These are digital products and services — no physical item is shipped. From time to time we may add related digital products or a subscription; where we do, these terms apply to them too.
Lesson and session recordings
Where a recording of your lesson or session is made available to you, it will usually be offered in one of the following ways:
- Free access. As a courtesy, we may give you free access to listen to (stream) your recording online for a limited period, shown to you at the time (for example, two weeks). Free access lets you listen only — it is not a purchase, does not transfer ownership, and may end or be withdrawn. We will usually remind you before it ends.
- Owning a recording. You can buy a recording to keep. Owning a recording gives you a permanent, personal licence to listen to it and to download your own copy to keep. Your downloaded copy is personalised to you.
- Subscription (where offered). If we offer a subscription, it lets you stream the recordings it covers for as long as the subscription is active. A subscription is for streaming only — it does not include downloads and does not transfer ownership. Access ends when the subscription ends.
Recordings are of your own lessons or sessions and are kept confidential. Owning a recording and holding a subscription are separate things: ending a subscription does not remove a recording you have bought, and buying a recording does not require a subscription.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euro (€). Anu Health is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Payment is processed securely by Stripe through our checkout provider, SureCart. We do not see or store your card details.
Delivery and access
eBooks: after payment is confirmed, your download is available immediately — by download link and through your account and confirmation email. Recordings: free access and purchased recordings appear on your My Recordings page when you are logged in; a purchased recording can be downloaded from there as an audio file. Please use a correct email address and keep your login details safe. If you have any trouble accessing a purchase, contact us and we will help.
Your account
Your email address is your identity with us — one account gives you access to your recordings and any other digital products you buy. Please keep your password secure and let us know promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission. Access to recordings and downloads is personal to you.
Cancellation and refunds
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once download or access has begun. By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the file, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel.
This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty, not as described, or you are unable to access it — in those cases, contact us and we will re-send it or provide a refund.
Licence and permitted use
Everything we provide — eBooks and recordings — is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, broadcast, or publish the files or their contents, in whole or in part, or remove any notice identifying you as the licensee. Copyright and all other rights in the eBooks and recordings remain with Martin Quinn / Anu Health. We may withdraw access if these terms are broken.
Health disclaimer
Our eBooks and recordings are educational and general in nature. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Buying, reading, or listening to a product does not create a practitioner–patient relationship. If you have a health condition or any concerns, please consult a suitably qualified professional before acting on anything in them.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your data
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your purchase or access is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
