Herbal medicine made for you specifically — refined as you change, not handed out off a shelf.

The approach

What this is

Chinese herbal medicine uses carefully combined plant and mineral substances, formulated to a whole-person diagnosis rather than to a single symptom. It can be used on its own or to support Tung’s acupuncture, and it works gradually — supporting the body to regulate and rebuild over time.

How it differs

How it differs

  • Prescriptions are individualised — built around your particular presentation, constitution and history.
  • Standard classical formulas are available, but the emphasis here is on customised prescriptions.
  • Adjusted as your situation changes, rather than a fixed, one-off product.
  • Consultations available in person or over Zoom.
What it helps

What this can help with

People often come for:

  • Digestive complaints and disturbed sleep.
  • Stress and the physical side of being run-down.
  • Women’s health and cycle-related concerns.
  • Recovery, resilience, and ongoing conditions where a tailored approach helps.
Your visit

What to expect

A first consultation covers your health history and current picture in some detail. From that you’ll receive a formula tailored to you, with clear guidance on how to take it, and it’s reviewed and adjusted at follow-ups as things shift. Remote consultations by Zoom are straightforward, with herbs arranged for you afterwards.
